→ SlidesMass spectrometry is the state-of-the-art technique to analyze the proteome of complex samples. This training covers protein identification and quantification based on stable isotopes. For the training dataset, HEK cells were grown in either light or heavy SILAC (Stable Isotope Labeling with amino acids in cell culture) medium, lysed and mixed together in a certain ratio. The quantification step at the end of the training will reveal in which ratio the cells were mixed.
