The
Street Science Community will demonstrate how to extract the
DNA of beer. We will demonstrate
- sample preparation,
- an introduction to the Nanopore technology,
- sample loading and taxonomy classification of ONT metagenomic data in Galaxy.
By the end of the day we'll know a whole lot more about what we are drinking.

Nanopore Loading Zone will be open during all breaks today, and you can load samples onto a MinION.
